Everything changed when BCR sold to PE. Can't really fault the original owner, he sold for a ton of money, but he was pretty adamant he wouldn't be going anywhere anytime soon. As soon as PE came they changed everything, shut down new territory openings, and cannibalized our business. There was also a lot of other shady stuff that went on that I prefer not to get into detail about. I would steer clear of this place with the new leadership in charge.

They were okay at getting you started. Even then, they provided bare bone support for that just telling you what offices were okay. Bare bone support for operations, quick to send you an invoice, slow to give you support, zero marketing skills. The real issue was when the Zor got acquired by private equity. Radio silent behavior is to be generous, at least static is a sound. Missed deadlines, moving targets, hostile communications. Impeded expansions, no longer filing FDDs, a carousel of changing faces. Horrendous experience.

Felt abandoned after the owner was bought out by PE group. Encouraged us to keep spending saying they’ll buy back the location but withdrew on their word. Left multiple owners in horrible financial situations as they withdrew support and said they won’t renew agreements or sell new territory.
