Charley's will tell you the Walmart locations are the top stores in the country. Even the top stores are not making money. They make kickbacks on food and that's why the food cost is so high.

Ever seen a franchisor shut down their own instagram? Well now you have at @CharleysCheesesteaks My employees who make $15 an hour make more than me. Corporate support? You mean them telling you to work in your store and every penny counts? I spent over a million dollars for them to tell me pennies matter. Pennies won't make me my millions back. Don't listen to me. Call your local Charleys and find out if they recommend it. Charley's can give the store away for free and it will still not be worth running.
