I regret my decision to purchase a Glass Doctor franchise. A lot of that blame falls on me for making the wrong decision/buying the wrong brand. But the franchisor isn't even close to valuable and I was definitely sold the dream and delivered a vastly inferior product. A lot of franchisees are struggling. You have to lease a large office space for a low ticket item, are restricted in what you can upsell, and don't get any meaningful marketing support. If you asked if I would buy into this brand again, I'd say absolutely not.
