Goddard is an incredible path to business ownership and wealth building. But it's not for everyone, as build out is expensive and many of us own the land. Which makes it an even more worthwhile investment if you can make it work, but again, not for everyone as it's expensive. Very impressed with corporate team and business model. I think if you invest in people, and are willing to roll down your sleeves until you are confident you have the best people in place (which also requires you to incentivize them correctly), it's a home run investment if you are able to afford it. Getting into Goddard changed my life and I don't regret it for one second. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

We purchased the lowest performing location in the state after talking with some friends that are fellow franchisees and deciding the risk was worth it. We didn’t have any previous industry experience and have spent a good amount of time and money getting things the way we want them at our location. The profitability timeline in our experience is pretty inline with the advertised website expectations. Corporate gets us multiple leads per week and our lead to enrollment conversion is about 25%. Although as we are getting near capacity that number will probably drop. Some of the longer term franchisees say corporate used to be better and more supportive, but we have been satisfied with our experience. One benefit to Goddard is most franchisees own their real estate so you also get exposure to the commercial real estate market in addition to business profits.
