Sold on a “turn the switch on” and run a semi absentee franchise. No support except spend more money when marketing strategy fails. Business model for hiring is broken and dated no one will work for piece rate anymore, no one you can trust with quality work. Termination penalties should be paid attention to….very junky. Support is non existent and the level of investment doesn’t match current cost of operations so the minimum investment leaves you high and dry if you’re in a tight market. No market research is done by corporate on locations so make did you do that on your own. Better yet just open you’re own handyman and hire a decent marketing contractor.
