The corporate team was filled with people that were very kind and responsive. When we had questions they would attempt to do the best they could to help. However their marketing team was a joke. They had no idea what they were doing. They had salaried marketing directors that were guessing, which is frustrating when you have to use them for marketing. We were in a market with just a handful of stores so having to contribute to their marketing fund was literally just us throwing money out the door.
