I owned 1 location of about 100. I crushed top line revenue every single year during my 4 years. However, made very little profit. Corporate just preach on increasing top line as royalty is 8% of revenue. Almost all the franchisees were in similar spot as me. Few franchisees were suing them. Please stay away for your mental and financial sanity.
