Been in business seven years. Definitely need to be over 1.5 million in revenue quickly to maker decent money. But consistent cash flow and if you are smart and efficient operator it’s an above average concept. Don’t fall for neighborly’s 150k population buy in. That is a recipe of disaster. Go big or go home.
