This can be a good option for you if you are ready to grind. Just don't expect to make much money. There's a lot of upside in being able to impact children. The curriculum is good -though it does need some updates. The way to make money doing this is to either own multiple territories OR own multiple brands in the same territory (franchisor owns a variety of child enrichment programs). Staffing is a challenge in most markets. This is not a semi-absentee business. You will be on the ground with kids. Reporting changes constantly and adds more and more time to backend ops. Marketing will give some templates for you to use but is fairly light beyond that. The 'curated' list of daycares they give you is not very useful (ie don't rely on that as real data). It gives you capacity numbers, not enrollment. And that doesn't tell you the story if there is enough disposable income in families to afford you as an add-on. If you have a passion for working with kids and are connected with local schools and soccer clubs, this can work. If you don't like to catch colds from kids in daycare, don't like to sell and/or need to keep your job - it's going to be tough for you to be successful.
