Unfortunately the time to run a subway has ended. Stores run with almost no employees. If Subway could allow you to run a store with 0 employees, franchisees would line up. Combine that with high royalty and advertising costs, subway is a losing franchise. Stores have began to shut down left and right. No need to open a subway, just look for one for sale, and then look 2 years later, it will be shut down.
