Superior is a solid brand with above average support. I've been happy with my experience. They are one of the few who seem to do marketing pretty well, but it's mostly on the organic search side. Paid is still all over the place depending on what market you're in. But I'm not complaining, I'm happy with the Superior support team and glad I joined They are also one of the few brands with proprietary technology systems from when the original founders launched their company, and these systems are pretty helpful. The reason I don't rate them higher is because they don't do too much to move anything forward. I think most of the success is a result of the awesome work done by the founding team, and I'm not sure Empower is moving them forward into the next phase of franchisee support. Still, it's a good brand. You need to execute on your own at a high level to succeed, but you can build a great business with this team by your side.

My experience has been positive with the franchise so far. The only thing I would say is do market research before purchasing all of the equipment they recommend. Not everything is needed for every market. But they have been top notch in helping with anything I’ve asked for and have given me a substantial head start in growing the business. We’ve performed well starting in this market from scratch and are further along than if I’d done it myself.

I've been reasonably happy with my purchase of Superior. I don't think that the franchisor is perfect but I do think that the Superior Team is the best at Empower Brands by a long shot. Their digital team has been great and I think that their SEO at the brand level is incredibly strong which is really helpful. Meaning that they get local franchisees ranked towards the top of the map pack pretty well, I've been impressed with that. Profitability has been slightly below expectations but I think there are areas I can improve. I think the Superior brand is pretty strong

This is probably the best brand in Empower's system. They have the fence game dialed in, had it dialed in before Empower bought them. Proprietary Fence360 technology is really helpful for the brand. They drive a meaningful percentage of leads. I'm not sure this brand is for everybody, but it's at least lived up to my expectations and there are some people making decent money and having a lot of success in the system.
