Been impressed with the entire leadership team. From the beginning they worked really hard to have good systems in place to support their franchisees. I think a complaint across all home service franchisees is that the marketing team can always improve. And it's no different here. But they have a pretty strong understanding of what we're supposed to be focusing on and I've been impressed with their willingness to adapt. Profitability it what i expected which is all I can ask. And they really did help me grow much faster than it I was on my own.

I joined Top Rail early. It seemed that the fencing space was not competitive, so there was opportunity. I did my basic research. It seemed the leadership at Homefront brands had built good businesses or had been in leadership at good franchisors. I believed that they treated franchisees well. They have had very minimal turnover as a company, virtually zero leadership change, and always seem to be one message or call away. They survey the franchise system every month for feedback. Even though results aren't shared, it feels good to be heard. Call backs on the surveys are regular and straight to Csuite. Some franchisees have not been successful. This is really due to them not committing to certain things, and early on, those things were not re-enforced by franchise. Fencing has to be a $2,000,000+ business, and you have to buy in bulk and warehouse. Marketing in the beginning had some hiccups (website and vendors), but has been fixed for a good while now. The business can grow quick and profitability is strictly coached to. It's good to do business with people you find as decent humans. I feel the other HFBs are similar, as we all talk. It is good to be a part of a community.
